Craven Garth Cottages are  a family run collection of  holiday cottages nestled in the  heart of  North Yorkshire, in the picturesque  valley of Rosedale. Ideally located for exploring the stunning landscapes of the North York Moors National Park, the surrounding open countryside, and the beautiful Yorkshire Coast, our cottages offer the perfect base for walkers, cyclists, and this simply looking to unwind in nature.

We offer six unique and characterful holiday cottages, each with its own charm and personality.  From exposed beams to log burners nestled in stone fireplace surrounds, every cottage tells its own story. Whether you’re looking for a cosy retreat or something a little quirky, like our delightful topsy-turvy living layouts, there’s a cottage to suit everyone.

Our traditional holiday cottages promise a warm, cosy, and welcoming stay all year round. Each cottage features a log burner, comfortable bedding and furniture, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. 

The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering break, including an oven, hob fridge and microwave.  Ideal for cooking up a hearty meal after a day in the great outdoors.
